Once the item is scanned into the USPS system, it is no longer in our hands, therefore if the item is taking longer than usual to get to you, we can do nothing about it. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT OR STOLEN. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO ADD SHIPPING INSURANCE OR SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION, PLEASE REACH OUT TO US. However, just know that we see the same thing on the tracking page. We know how frustrating it is to be waiting on a package. Also, please note that there is a time limit with which you can file a claim with USPS or UPS and after 120 days the tracking number is erased and can no longer be verified.

We have implemented a new system which will streamline the return process. Simply go to the RETURN REQUEST page to begin your return.
Please notify us immediately upon receiving a defective item. Returns/exchanges must be done within 14 business days upon receiving your items. If you return an item outside of that window, it will be returned to back to you. NO EXCEPTIONS.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNWORN, free of pet hair, deodorant marks and odors such as smoke, etc. and in the same condition that you received it. Tags MUST be still attached.
If you need to return an item, we offer refunds MINUS OUR SHIPPING COST at this time.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
Since items typically sell out quickly and we do not "hold" items for exchange, it's best to purchase the item needed and send the item back that needs to be returned. You will be refunded for the item returned with tags attached and unworn.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
